Development Vegetation Management Consulting and Non-Disclosure Agreements
Our engineering team's involvement early on is crucial to providing the most valuable services before vegetation is controlled, planted or installed. We offer consulting services that focus on finding solutions to vegetation site challenges that exist today or pose a potential risk in the future. Our team has extensive experience working on confidential projects under non-disclosure agreements. We prioritize the privacy and security of our clients' projects. Many employee/owners of VegClear also serve in leadership positions within municipal and economic development organizations of the communities in which we work and live.
Revegetation and Regulatory Compliance
VegClear understands that promoting desirable vegetation growth on containment systems at certain sites is possible without impacting landfill integrity and protection. However, it's crucial to work with a knowledgeable vegetation management contractor familiar with regional, local, and state directives with knowledge of specific vegetation types and their long-term maintenance impacts. Our team has the expertise and experience to help you achieve your vegetation management goals while remaining compliant with applicable Georgia regulations, as well as other Southeastern US States. Most landfill sites are subject to a decades long post closure maintenance requirements that make it critical to proactively evaluate vegetation management and delivery of contracted services by industry providers.
Even for localized refuse piles, we follow industry best practices with herbicide pre-treatment for clearing the foundations of new refuse piles and additions to existing piles of certain vegetation and undesirable growth that could potentially affect the stability of the refuse pile negatively.
We've sprayed in preparation for surface fan installations and mine openings, and adhere to strict safety measures. No more than a day's supply of herbicide materials are delivered or stored on-site. This one-day supply is kept a safe distance away from applicable locations, except during transit into or past the site. Furthermore, by proactively treating these areas, we ensure that there is no vegetation (dry or otherwise) near safe zones ensuring a safe environment.
